I am an Indianapolis-based writer with 20 years of professional writing experience. My background covers everything from lifestyle reporter to sports writer and editorial director of two business-to-business magazines. A majority of my clients work with me on an assignment basis, trusting my research skills to handle the more difficult editorial projects on their plates.

During my editor stints, I collected a list of gripes about free-lancers’ attitudes that snaked down the block. So when I chose independent journalism, I vowed to provide on-time copy, responsible sources, fact checking, solid customer service ethics, and — above all — a magazine writing style.
